1. Acceptance of these terms
By browsing this website or submitting an inquiry through it, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit a request.
2. Inquiries are not binding orders
Submitting the “Request a Quote” form (or a catalogue request) sends us your interest and requirements only. It does not create a contract, reserve stock, or fix a price. A binding order exists only once Fatmi Foods issues a formal quotation or proforma invoice and both parties confirm it in writing.
3. Product information
Variety names, specifications, grain sizes, packaging options and quantity tiers shown on this site are indicative and intended to help you scope a request. Exact specification, grading and packaging are confirmed per order. Certification badges (Halal, Phytosanitary, ISO) reflect standards Fatmi Foods holds itself to; supporting documentation is provided on request during due diligence rather than hosted on the site.
4. Pricing & availability
No prices are published on this site. Pricing, Incoterm, lead time and availability (including the mango waitlist) are communicated directly in response to your inquiry and may change based on season, volume and market conditions.
5. Intellectual property
The site design, text, logo and graphics are owned by Fatmi Foods (Pvt.) Limited unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. Limitation of liability
This website is provided as-is. Fatmi Foods is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site; nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from use of this site will be subject to the courts of Pakistan.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the site and business evolve. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
Privacy Policy
1. What we collect
When you submit the Request a Quote form or a catalogue request, we collect what you enter directly: company name, contact person, country, destination port, product(s) and quantity of interest, preferred Incoterm, and any message you add. We do not ask for payment details on this site.
2. How we use it
This information is used solely to review your request, prepare a quotation, and follow up with you by email or WhatsApp. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
3. Where it's stored
Inquiries are stored in our secured database (Google Firebase / Cloud Firestore). Access is restricted to the Fatmi Foods team handling export inquiries.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your information. It may be shared with logistics, customs or documentation partners only where necessary to fulfil a confirmed order, and only for that purpose.
5. Cookies & browsing
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Browsing the catalogue and building a request list happens in your browser session only and is not stored after you close the tab, other than the details you actively submit through the inquiry form.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you've submitted at any time by emailing info@fatmifoods.com.
